2014 MNF1R Championship Final Standings

It's been a great year of racing. we've had a few new drivers come along with even more joining next season. We've seen many great battles, the occasional vehicle destroyed and increasing bad connections. After 19 fast paced rounds we have a winner. CrazyTalk takes out the championship with 332 Points, 7 pole positions and 8 race wins.

The MNF1R website will under go changes over the next 2 months as we prepare for the 2015 season. Race invites will be sent February next year.

Season 3 annoucement - Driver / Team pairings for 2015 season

With all the changes to the official Formula 1 championship, we’ve been inspired to make some changes of our own. For the 2015 season, driver and team combinations will be selected randomly. Giving everyone an opportunity to race for different teams and with other drivers.

The 2015 draw will be made by placing the top 8 teams from the official 2014 season into one hat, with the (up to) 16 starting drivers in another. Then as each team is drawn, two drivers will follow. The remaining three teams will be used for drivers joining mid-season.

As it stands now, the top 8 teams in the official 2014 championship are:

• Mercedes
• Red Bull Racing
• Williams
• Ferrari
• Force India
• McLaren
• STR
• Lotus

With all the driver and team changes, plus the new turbo powered car package. We are looking forward to an exciting and challenging 2015 season, so stay tuned.

Important Information - Network Issues

Just a reminder to everyone for Monday’s upcoming race, for the best user experience for everyone, please ensure the following conditions are met prior to 7:20

- Your router has been power cycled (turned off for 30 seconds)

       - All torrent downloads have been stopped and the torrent client has shutdown. (don’t just pause   torrents, exit the  application)

       - You’re using a LAN cable rather than WiFi. (you can pick up cheap cables from MSY if required)  

       -  Ensure your download quota hasn’t been reached and your connection hasn’t been capped. (If   you’re capped, it’s better  for the majority if you don’t take part in the race.)
