Tips: Ghost Cars

One of the more helpful options in F1 2013 is RACE THIS GHOST. So if you've ever wondered how someone is faster than you, now you can load up their ghost file and find out why.

To access the ghost car of someone on your steam friends list:

• go to PROVING GROUNDS then TIME TRIAL.
• Select a team (Red Bull is the fastest in time trial).
• Use the arrows keys to highlight the required track and then press Ctrl on your keyboard to view the Leaderboard.
• Press equals (=) on your keyboard to access your steam friends. Noting that only those who have completed a valid lap on the selected track and weather conditions will be visible.
• Highlight the friend who's ghost lap you wish to load using the arrow keys and press Enter on your keyboard.
• Highlight RACE THIS GHOST (which is the default) and press Enter.
• The ghost lap will then download to your computer and once completed, the game will automatically load into time trial mode.
